Digital Delivery Policy

Delivery Method:

  • All products and services are delivered electronically.
  • Immediate account activation upon payment verification.
  • Access instructions are sent to your registered email.
  • Dashboard and API credentials are available in your account settings.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Free trial, monthly, and annual subscriptions are activated instantly (monthly subscriptions may have up to a 5-minute delay during peak times).
  • Enterprise plans are activated within 1 business day due to manual verification.
  • If you do not receive your activation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact support with your transaction details.

Terms of Service (Summary)

Account Registration:

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Acceptable Use:

  • Do not use the service for unlawful activities, spam, transmitting harmful content, impersonation, or disrupting operations.
  • Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund; repeat violations may lead to permanent bans.

Payment Terms:

  • All fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; annual plans renew 30 days before expiration; enterprise plans follow custom billing.

Service Modifications:

  • We may modify or discontinue services with 30 days' notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

  • Message Content: Content of messages, photos, eCards, and VideoGrams sent or received.
  • Usage Data: Message timestamps, delivery status, device information, and support communications.

  • To facilitate communication between users.
  • To process transactions and manage your account.

  • With Third Parties: Only with payment gateway for transactions, trusted subcontractors under NDA, and legal authorities as required by law.
  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Consent and Opt-Out: Explicit consent is required to receive messages. You may opt out of certain communications at any time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

  • Self-service cancellation is available via your account dashboard.
  • For enterprise plans or special cases, email support@emessage.in with your account email, reason for cancellation, and requested termination date.

Refunds:

  • Monthly Plans: Cancel within 3 days for up to 60% refund, or based on usage.
  • Annual Plans: Cancel within 5 days for up to 65% refund, or based on usage.
  • Enterprise Plans: Cancel within 7 days for up to 70% refund, or based on usage.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; actual receipt may vary by bank/payment method.
